Each suncatcher is designed and handmade (by me, not a robot), and I do my best to pack them with love and enough padding to survive the journey. That said, these pieces are delicate little works of art, and they might need a bit of fluffing when they arrive.
If a few hoop beads look a little wonky out of the package—don’t panic. You can gently adjust them on the hoops, and the beads on hanging strands are on wire, so they can be straightened by hand. Worst case scenario, a jump ring might need a little tightening. There's a 95% chance you have thin-nosed pliers in a drawer somewhere (probably next to the batteries and mystery keys).
